    A regular customer of ruchi for over 1 year. After ordering at 8pm nothing had arived by 9.20pm so i gave them a quick call to ask if they have sent my order out. They said yes its out with the driver and will be 5mins. 25 mins later i called again to tell them the driver hasnt arrived, to be told they would get my order out within the next 5 mins. so they hadnt even sent the order 1hr 45mins after placing it. No offer to give discount and no appology. Its now 10pm and our family is without a meal tonight so far. Just ordered from AlRaj and its arrived within 15mins. Maybe you should take some lessons in customer service. A very disapointed regular customer.
